Fall Equinox is a planetary moment when the Earth is in perfect balance and we begin to shift with the cosmic energies from the outward focused energy of Summer to the inward focused energies of Fall.
It's an opportunity to cultivate our grateful heart by celebrating all that we experienced during the Summer month's with nature in full bloom and our own outward expansion, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
In Autumn we begin to move our thoughts and attention to our inward personal growth. With this inward shift, we have the opportunity to look at all the ways we've grown, the experiences we're grateful for, and everything we've learned from them.
